'The Imaginary Museum': works by Vik Muniz in Avignon
Running through May 13, 2012, The Imaginary Museum  features works by Brazilian artist Vik Muniz, who reconstitutes  masterpieces by Van Gogh, Cézanne, Picasso, Warhol and other artists  using materials such as wool, ketchup, chocolate sauce, pigments,  ripped-up magazines, and dried plants, then takes photos of the works  for display. The exhibitions is being held in the Lambert Collection  museum, Hôtel de Caumont and Église des Célestins in Avignon,  southeastern France. (AFP Relaxnews)
